Highly recommended following your initial consultation, this session builds on your previous consultation/s adapts to suit any circumstances that may have changed and answers any questions you may have
Chronic Disease Management Plans
If you have a referral from your doctor with a chronic disease management plan you are entitled to a rebate of $53.80 from Medicare off each of your consultations
Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know by phone, text or email the day before. If you cancel on the day of your appointment you are required to pay a short notice cancellation fee of $40
