I'm an accredited practising dietitian and qualified chef. Whilst still working as a chef, I studied for a Bachelor of Health Science part-time over 6 years at the University of Tasmania. Studies for my Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics were undertaken at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, before returning to Tasmania to work in a private setting as an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Over my 20 years working as a chef I have developed the ability to adapt almost any recipe to suit your individual needs. I have a passion for fresh, simple and flavoursome food. Combine this with my knowledge of nutrition I can have you on your way to a healthier future in a flash
